Kaiser Permanente’s “Thrive” campaign was a hit. Since its launch in 2004, the campaign had been widely recognized by consumers. But KP’s website was outdated and needed to be updated quickly because a traffic spike was near. Our deadline was only 11 weeks out. We needed new content and features to encourage repeat visits. And we also needed to house a huge asset collection from a variety of departments.

We created four separate campaign tracks. Each one highlighted content for user types and featured marketing tools such as calculators, doctor finders, and recipe engines. The copy was formatted in a strategic, modular way so it was easily adjustable according to website analytics.
