The Challenge
Create a Content Strategy for a Complex System

We needed website content that was easy to navigate. At the same time, we had to meet local hospital requirements and web accessibility guidelines. In addition, we needed flexible UX/UI to satisfy growing mobile traffic. After valuable input from stakeholders, we found the perfect balance of local and global content, and then defined who was in charge of updates. To finish things off, our UX team created scalable navigation using a modular approach that minimized clicks.
